What payment options do you accept? – When you’re ready to pay your bill, Rentalex accepts a variety of payment options. We accept cash payments, as well as payments with all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
What types of equipment tools do you rent out? – We have a large fleet of construction equipment including aerial work platforms, attachments, compaction tools, rollers, compressors, air tools, concrete equipment, demolition hammers, earthmoving equipment, fastening equipment, floor & wall finishing tools, forklifts, utility vehicles, general building tools, generators, lighting towers, HVAC, ladders, scaffolding, lawn equipment, material handling tools, plumbing tools, jetting tools, pressure washers, cleaning tools, pumps, Service lube equipment, trailer & hitches.
How long can I rent equipment? – We offer 4-hours in selected equipment, and daily, weekly and monthly rental services on all our heavy equipment and general building construction tools.
Do you offer delivery services? – We do offer convenient delivery options for an additional fee. When you make your reservation, simply let our rental representative know that you want the equipment delivered. You will be asked for additional information and shown the delivery and pick up charges.
How do I pick up my equipment? – Be sure to come with driver’s license or a government issued photo ID which should match the name on the reservation. Upon your arrival, come directly to the Rentalex counter and an equipment rental specialist will assist you.
What If I need To Keep The Equipment Longer? – If your plans change and you need to extend your rental, let us know at (813)971-9990. When you keep the equipment, we will add the additional time and charges to your contract and credit card on file.
